Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in emergency departments, med-surg units, or ICU settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document electronic health records accurately and timely
- Provide patient education on health conditions and medications
- Adhere to facility policies and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
