Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with JCAHO standards
- Provide specialized care in units like ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and Telemetry
- Participate in facility orientation and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Active RN license (compact state preferred)
- Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Proven adaptability to new environments and systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts with variable scheduling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
