Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, symptoms, and physical exams.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and home care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred.
- Current proof of immunizations and negative TB test.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different hospital environments.
