Responsibilities
- Assist the lead dentist and hygienists during examinations and treatment procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to strict health and safety standards.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and digital images accurately.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventative dentistry.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance billing inquiries.
- Manage patient flow and scheduling to ensure an efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to complete our paid training program.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work with fine motor skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Cincinnati location.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
