Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across Tucson
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to facility protocols, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Maintain infection control and safety standards in all clinical environments
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications as needed)
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
