Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across a variety of medical units, including ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, assessments, and interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (or Compact State) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Completion of a paid training program or willingness to enroll in our sponsorship track (for qualified candidates).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current and in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different units and shift schedules as required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
