Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Document all patient care activities, including assessments, treatments, and responses to interventions.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing for the state of Arizona (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to various clinical environments and schedules.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
