Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
- Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Adhere to all Joint Commission and CMS standards.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the state of Texas or compact state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
