Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately and timely chart patient progress, medications, and treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare policies, infection control measures, and safety protocols.
- Orientation: Complete agency and facility orientations to ensure seamless integration into the unit.
- Flexibility: Adapt to various unit rotations and shift patterns as assigned by the facility.
Qualifications
- License: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state eligibility).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent) required; specialized certifications (e.g., CCRN, PCCN) are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for assignments and relocate as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
