Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments.
