The Role
As a Travel RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across various clinical settings, adapting quickly to new environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and medical records.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including OSHA and CMS guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the United States (or ability to obtain licensure).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg, ICU, or ER preferred).
- Open to travel and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
