The Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in acute care or specialty settings.
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities, assessments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital protocols, Joint Commission standards, and state regulations.
- Assist with patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Current Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
