Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to CLIA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff on patient preparation and specimen collection
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Provide compassionate patient care during high-volume collection periods
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Phlebotomy Technician certification
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Successful background check and drug screening
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations preferred
