Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, assessments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients and families regarding discharge instructions and health management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Tennessee (or compact state).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
