Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and cosmetic treatments
- Execute digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage patient education on post-treatment care using digital tools
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of premium dental materials
- Coordinate seamless communication between dentists and support staff
- Assist in emergency dental procedures with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Dental Assistant certification or DANB credentials
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume cosmetic/general practice
- Proficiency in digital imaging systems (E.g., Dexis, Schick)
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Demonstrated expertise in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient rapport-building
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and chair logistics
