Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and provide appropriate nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and progress accurately.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (or willing to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
