Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via phone and in-person triage
- Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize patient acuity levels
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear patient education on treatment protocols
- Manage emergency response protocols during critical incidents
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain by start date)
- 1+ years of ER or urgent care experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong EHR system proficiency
- Commitment to completing our paid training program
