Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and case managers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient health records and progress notes.
- Respond to critical situations and emergency codes (e.g., Code Blue, Code Stroke) with precision and confidence.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (or Compact State).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and health assessment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse healthcare environments and schedules.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Current valid driver’s license.
