Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate patient care and clinical assessment.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient health information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- Strong computer proficiency and electronic health record (EHR) knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
