Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and clinical notes.
- Advocate for patient needs and provide education to patients and families regarding their health conditions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington (or Compact State eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
