Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote monitoring and consultation services
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to facility staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
- Successful background check and drug screening
