Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulatory standards
- Provide orientation and mentorship to facility staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred; associates degree considered with relevant experience
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems
- Strong physical stamina for 12-hour shifts
