Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in emergency room or critical care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license or compact license
- Minimum 2 years of ER or ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility for various shift schedules
