Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in various clinical settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress using electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN considered with experience)

- Ability to work independently in remote-friendly settings
- Flexibility to travel within Minneapolis metro area
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
