Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions, documenting changes accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and report critical findings immediately.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota or a compact state.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments and schedules.
