Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in various hospital settings including ER, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Assist in emergency response procedures and code blue situations
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Nevada or ability to obtain compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
