Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Participate in orientation and skills training to build clinical competence
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adapt quickly to different unit cultures and patient populations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- CPR certification (BLS required)
- Graduation within the last 12 months or willingness to complete our new-grad program
- Passion for patient care and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work 13-week contracts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
