Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessment, and treatment as per physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered RN License in Texas (or compact state license).
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
