Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse hospital settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Participate in emergency response and critical care scenarios
- Complete required training modules and competency checks
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Alaska or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to new clinical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Pass background and drug screening
