Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care according to established nursing protocols and standards.
- Participate actively in the paid training program to master department-specific procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting (New Grads with Paid Training program are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
