Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings across Miami-area facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting in electronic health records
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in telehealth consultations when assigned to remote-friendly roles
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely submission of records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state with ability to obtain FL license)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote monitoring technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments
- Flexibility to travel to Miami facilities as needed for in-person assignments
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional facility visits
