Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and treatment according to the nurse practice act.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond to emergency situations and critical care needs with composure.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments or longer.
