Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document all clinical interventions accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to support patient recovery and diagnosis.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members during assignment periods.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a Med-Surg, ICU, or Telemetry setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments and schedules.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
