Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a compact state.
- Completion of a Paid Training Program or equivalent nursing education.
- CPR/BLS and ACLS certification (ACLS required for specialized units).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina required to perform duties such as standing, lifting, and assisting patients.
- Commitment to professional development and patient safety standards.
