Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies and JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control measures

Qualifications
- Active PA RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry/ICU experience preferred
- Flexibility for 12-hour shifts
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
