Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting all interventions
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialty units
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
