Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using ESI (Emergency Severity Index) protocols
- Manage high-volume phone triage for 15+ specialties with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians via telehealth platforms for consultative triage
- Maintain electronic health records with 100% compliance to HIPAA standards
- Train new nurses on our proprietary rapid-response triage algorithm
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for patient flow optimization
Qualifications
- Active OH RN license with minimum 2 years ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Expertise in ESI Level 1-3 triage protocols
- Proven ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations
- Experience with Epic EMR and telehealth platforms
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) designation preferred
