Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Prioritize patients based on acuity level and urgency of care needs

- Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding care pathways
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and emergency department protocols

Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR documentation systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-volume settings
