Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth and in-person triage
- Prioritize cases based on clinical urgency using EHR protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document encounters accurately in Epic EMR systems
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and CA nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (CA RN)
- BSN or Associate's degree with 3+ years clinical experience
- Triage certification (ENA or equivalent)
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
