- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols for emergency care
- Manage patient flow during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years ED or triage experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- BSN degree preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
