Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments to determine medical urgency
- Provide accurate triage protocols for emergency and non-emergency cases
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) with HIPAA compliance
- Train new staff on triage procedures and emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (Compact License preferred)
- Minimum 3 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)

- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
