Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and in-person using provided digital triage tools
- Prioritize cases based on acuity using our advanced EHR system
- Coordinate with emergency departments and specialists for critical cases
- Document assessments accurately in our HIPAA-compliant platform
- Educate patients on appropriate care pathways using provided resources
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using our integrated communication tools
- Maintain equipment calibration and functionality per hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work high-pressure shifts with provided equipment
- Triage certification preferred (e.g., ENPC)
- Experience with telehealth triage systems a plus
