Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls to determine medical urgency and prioritize care needs
- Provide accurate medical guidance and instructions to patients via phone and digital channels

Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
