Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care pathways
- Document patient interactions accurately in our EHR system with 99% precision
- Train new staff on triage procedures and emergency response protocols
- Monitor patient flow metrics and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota with minimum 3 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proven expertise in telephone triage and symptom assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate anxious patients
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- BSN degree or higher preferred
