Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone triage to determine urgency and appropriate care level
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear patient education on home care and follow-up procedures
- Manage emergency protocols and rapid response coordination
- Support clinical workflow optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- 3+ years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
