As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and companionship to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, as directed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
