Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and vitals monitoring.
- Utilize triage protocols to determine the urgency of patient needs.
- Document patient interactions and medical history accurately in EMR systems.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and specialists regarding patient status.
- Provide clear, empathetic instructions to patients regarding home care and follow-up.
- Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (New Grads welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and EMR experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
