Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using evidence-based triage protocols
- Utilize provided telemedicine equipment for virtual consultations
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using supplied tablet devices
- Provide education to patients using provided educational materials
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (equipment provided for renewal)
- Proficiency in electronic health records (training supplied)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with provided mobile equipment
- Experience with telemedicine platforms (training offered)
