Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care using advanced triage protocols
- Utilize provided digital health tools for rapid patient evaluation
- Collaborate with physicians using telehealth equipment
- Document patient encounters in our EMR system with supplied tablets
- Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations
- Maintain emergency department equipment per safety standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with telehealth systems preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
