Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone triage using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Utilize telehealth tools to evaluate urgent care needs remotely
- Coordinate with emergency departments using digital patient monitoring systems
- Document cases in EHR systems with tablet computers provided
- Train on new medical equipment including vital sign monitors
- Maintain inventory of diagnostic tools and mobile health devices
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (ECG, pulse oximeters)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with electronic triage protocols
